Hollowman Jendor's new album, Talking To The Eagle, is out now. As a foundational figure of the legendary Essentials crew who went on to form OGZ, Jendor returns with a definitive, heavy-hitting project that restores the core energy of the scene.
Xsara Helmi contributes by providing the news presenter intros for 'Best On The Block' and 'Talk To Me Nice' (tracks 10 and 15), the latter featuring Chip, Frisco, and Scorcher.
Talking To The Eagle spans generations of UK Garage and Grime, serving as a powerful link between the culture's roots and where it's headed next. By sidestepping trends and focusing on the raw intensity that built the scene, Jendor reinforces his status as one of its true architects.
Produced entirely by ZimZima Productions, the album features an expansive roster of talent including UKG pioneers MC Neat and Hyperactive MC alongside Flirta D, Harry Shotta, Eksman, Kaylasings, Saskilla, Swarvo, Bruza, Shortness, Kruz Leone, Duppy, Rival, and Joe Fire.
